At Digipub Adstar LLP, we currently offer digital services. However, if we offer any physical goods, merchandise, or promotional items, this policy will apply.

1. Shipping
  • Physical products shipped only within India
  • Shipping charges clearly mentioned at purchase
  • Delivery times provided (subject to external delays)
  • Customer responsible for correct shipping addresses
  • Tracking details shared upon dispatch
2. Exchange
  • Exchange requests within 7 days of receipt
  • Product must be unused in original packaging
  • Subject to replacement product availability
  • Customer bears return shipping costs (unless our error)
  • Contact support to initiate exchange
3. Refunds for Physical Goods
  • Processed after product return and inspection
  • Returned product must meet exchange standards
  • Processing takes up to 15 working days
  • Digital services covered under separate policy
4. Digital Products/Services

Since most services on Digipub are digital and non-tangible, shipping and exchange do not apply.
