1. Cancellation of Services
  • Users may request cancellation by contacting support at least 7 days before the next billing cycle or service renewal date.
  • Cancellation requests received after the billing date will be processed for the following cycle.
  • One-time ad purchases or campaigns cannot be canceled once live or after payment confirmation.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are ONLY applicable if:

  • • The service was never activated or delivered due to our fault.
  • • There was a technical failure on our platform preventing service delivery.
  • • Duplicate payments were made in error.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • • Services already delivered or partially consumed.
  • • Change of mind or user dissatisfaction without service failure.
  • • Failure to provide correct information or cooperation by the user.
